Besonders bemerkenswert ist das Gezeitenkraftwerk unweit  von St. Malo, das aus dem gro\u00dfen Tidenhub zwischen Ebbe und Flut Strom  produziert. Das Gezeitenkraftwerk ist zugleich Staudamm und damit Anfang  bzw. Ende\u00a0f\u00fcr einen\u00a0\u00fcber\u00a020\u00a0km\u00a0langen\u00a0und\u00a0bis\u00a0zu\u00a02\u00a0km\u00a0breiten gro\u00dfen  Stausee, der f\u00fcr das Binsenbummeln ideal geeignet ist. Der wird \u00fcber den  Kanal bis nach Rennes fortgesetzt.
